Picking Up After Your Pet

Dear Pet Owners:
We know how much you love your pets and what a huge part of your life and family they are.
However, not all residents feel the same.
Please read and adhere to the following pet rules for our community in order to keep the property beautiful and all residents happy.
1. Per City Ordinances, pet owners are required to pick up after their pets. Pet waste is not only unsightly, but unsanitary. We provide pet stations throughout the property for your use while walking your pets.
Locations are: Next to the gazebo behind bldg.9 & bldg.10; next to bldg.6 back corner of property; near back exit gate & bldg.18 in grassy island; in front of bldg.3 in grassy island close to laundry room and trash enclosure; the last is in front of bldg.12 next to the row of storage units.
2. All pets must be on a leash at all times when outside your apartment.
3. Pets are not to be kept outside on the patio, unattended at any time.
4. All pets require current registration to be on file with the office as well as the required pet deposits and fees.
5. Pets are NEVER permitted inside the pool fence or in the pool.
6. Pets are not permitted to disturb other residents at any time.
We are enforcing a violation fee of $10.00 for non-removal of pet waste. This is a very serious matter.
Please understand we are all pet lovers and want you and your furry friends to enjoy living here. We make sure to keep the doggie stations filled with bags for you to use. So, we are asking for your help in keeping the property clean and well maintained.

Come and enjoy an authentic Italian dinner with entrees and garlic rolls from Angelo's Spaghetti House along with salad and cheesecake for dessert. We will have a drawing for several gift card giveaways.

Want a professional portrait for free? Wonderland Studios will be here on the property to take residents’ portraits and provide them with a free 9 x 13! This event is on Tuesday, November 29th from 4-8 p.m. We will be sending out information 2 weeks in advance and appointments will be necessary.
Pumpkin Pancake Breakfast

Get ready for the Thanksgiving season with delicious pumpkin pancakes on Saturday, November 19th from 9-11 a.m. in the Clubhouse! We will also have apple cinnamon, banana walnut, and traditional plain pancakes; as well as, sausage, fruit and juice.

Coat Drive

Help keep a child warm this winter! We would love to begin a new donation drive this year for new coats. The Community Partners of Dallas collect coats from infants to adult XL. The most needed sizes are infants-14 yrs old. Please be sure to clean the slightly worn coats. You may drop them off in the coat box at our office no later than Friday December 9, 2011. Thank you.
Toys for Tots

In the true spirit of the season…in conjunction with the AAGD & AATC and Channel 4, we invite you to participate in the annual Marine Toys for Tots Toy Drive.
Toys will be collected for boys and girls in the North Texas area. This gives you an opportunity to share your holiday spirit with someone who may not be as fortunate this holiday season. Please remember this the next time you are at the store. Even a small gift is better than no gift at all; it is the thought that counts!!
Please bring a new unwrapped gift to the leasing office as quickly as possible. The last day to donate at this location will be Friday December 9, 2011.
