Picking Up After Your Pet

Dear Pet Owners:

We know how much you love your pets and what a huge part of your life and family they are.

However, not all residents feel the same.

Please read and adhere to the following pet rules for our community in order to keep the property beautiful and all residents happy.

1. Per City Ordinances, pet owners are required to pick up after their pets. Pet waste is not only unsightly, but unsanitary. We provide pet stations throughout the property for your use while walking your pets.

Locations are: Next to the gazebo behind bldg.9 & bldg.10; next to bldg.6 back corner of property; near back exit gate & bldg.18 in grassy island; in front of bldg.3 in grassy island close to laundry room and trash enclosure; the last is in front of bldg.12 next to the row of storage units.

2. All pets must be on a leash at all times when outside your apartment.

3. Pets are not to be kept outside on the patio, unattended at any time.

4. All pets require current registration to be on file with the office as well as the required pet deposits and fees.

5. Pets are NEVER permitted inside the pool fence or in the pool.

6. Pets are not permitted to disturb other residents at any time.

We are enforcing a violation fee of $10.00 for non-removal of pet waste. This is a very serious matter.

Please understand we are all pet lovers and want you and your furry friends to enjoy living here. We make sure to keep the doggie stations filled with bags for you to use. So, we are asking for your help in keeping the property clean and well maintained.
